Lee & Associates NYC represents OTTO Brand Lab in 5,000 s/f office lease

New York, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented OTTO Brand Lab, a strategic and creative brand consultancy in a 5,000 s/f lease for office space at 25 West 26th St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The firm will occupy the top floor of the seven-story building.

A Lee & Associates team of Richard Plehn and Woody King represented OTTO Brand Lab in the transaction. Jake Horowitz and David Tricarico of Colliers represented the landlord, 25 West 26th Street, Inc.

“As a creative agency, great views and unbeatable natural light were critical elements for OTTO Brand Lab in their search for new space,” said King. “25 West 26th St. offered the firm an ideal location that’s walkable to Madison Square Park and near several amazing dining options, with incredible light that pours in from the overhead skylights. Ownership and the leasing team were a pleasure to work with on the transaction.”

Founded in 2009, OTTO Brand Lab specializes in brand strategy and positioning, design and activations for clients across various industries including entertainment/media, hospitality, fashion, consumer, real estate and others.
