Lee & Associates NYC leases 2,700 s/f to Le Botaniste

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented organic, plant-based and sustainable restaurant, Le Botaniste, in a new long-term lease at PENN 11 in the newly revitalized PENN DISTRICT. The lease consists of ground level and basement space in the building totaling 2,700 s/f.

Brad Schwarz from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Le Botaniste. Vornado Realty Trust was represented in-house by Jason Morrison.

“We’re thrilled to have assisted Le Botaniste in expanding its footprint with its latest location in Manhattan’s PENN DISTRICT,” said Schwarz, principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “THE PENN DISTRICT is an ideal location, offering a dynamic blend of foot traffic and convenient transit options that has continued to draw interest from tenants in the market. We look forward to their grand opening and we thank Vornado for their assistance in completing this transaction.”

Le Botaniste is the first of its kind organic, plant-based, and sustainable restaurant. Founded in Belgium, Le Botaniste has locations in Ghent and Brussels in addition to its five New York locations in Midtown East, Upper West Side, SoHo, Upper East Side, and Bryant Park.

Additionally, the brand will be accelerating its expansion efforts into surrounding markets.
