Lee & Associates inks 50,000 s/f warehouse lease

Edison, NJ Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey office arranged a 50,000 s/f warehouse lease for Cangso Global Inc. at 240 Mill Rd. The commercial real estate firm’s Jianning Meng negotiated the transaction as tenant representative; Heller Industrial Parks Inc. owns the multi-tenant property.

Cangso Global’s move from Essex County represents a strategic expansion and relocation of the company’s East Coast distribution operation. Cangso Global is a U.S.-based fulfillment center specializing in providing comprehensive logistics solutions for e-commerce sellers. Their core services are designed to streamline the supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.

“This successful transaction meets our client’s functional and logistical requirements, and aligns with their immediate and long-term goals,” said Meng. “It is also a great showcase of the outstanding work by Heller’s management team. The team completed major property improvements – including office renovations, LED lighting and sprinkler upgrades, and parking lot repaving – all within a tight schedule during the heat of summer. Their dedication and efficiency truly made this project a success.”

240 Mill Road offers immediate access to I-95, Route 1 and I-287. Cangso Global’s space offers efficiency and flexibility, featuring four loading doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 42’ x 42’ column spacing and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Lee & Associates – WBE has locations throughout New Jersey. The company is the regional operation of Lee & Associates, one of the leading privately owned commercial real estate services firms in the United States. Its New Jersey team combines a commitment to excellence with the strength of the Lee & Associates platform, ensuring clients receive innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise.
