Leber of Saperston handles three sales totaling $8.51 million
West Seneca, NY Saperston Real Estate brokered three sales totaling more than $8.51 million. Joseph Leber, president of Saperston brokered all three deals representing both the sellers and buyers. The transactions were an investment portfolio totaling a 172 residential units. The seller of all three properties were Bueme, Bueme, and Michalek.
61-83 Fisher Rd., containing 48 residential units were sold to Edward Arnold and Tomm Sweeney, for $1.3 million.
1571 Center Rd. and 60-91 Oakridge Dr., containing 104 residential units, as well as 770-784 Millersport Hwy. in Amherst (20 residential units) were sold to The Tzetzo Companies LLC for a combined price of $7.21 million.
