Lease and Fowler of John J. Lease Realtors secure 18k s/f sale; former 84 lumber site sold to Utica General/Peterbilt
John J. Lease Realtors commercial division has arranged the sale of the former 84 Lumber facility located off of I-84 and Rte. 17K.
The 84 Lumber site had been vacant for a number of years. It consists of 8.4 acres with an 18,000 s/f commercial warehouse.
The new purchasers are Utica General/Peterbilt and they will use this facility for truck parts and services. Utica General was established in 1938 and maintains its home office in Utica. This site will be an expansion from Montgomery. Utica General will increase their local staff from 3 employees to 12.
