According to Sinvin Realty, LLC, its team has now increased by three additional agents. Joseph LaRosa joined Sinvin as a director. LaRosa's former brokerage experience with Coldwell Banker Commercial was very positive. He also worked as a TV commercial producer and editor for 15 years. On board also as a director, is Trisha Jerry, who worked in commercial leasing at Spaceworks Real Estate Services. Starting as an associate director is Adam Gilbert, Esq. A New York Bar Association member, Gilbert's experience in commercial litigation, settlements, and as a certified community mediator will bring a level of sophistication and expertise to all of his brokerage transactions.
