Largo welcomes Gentile as vice president, Berry named account executive

Sarasota, FL According to Largo Real Estate Advisors, Tony Gentile recently joined as vice president and  Benjamin Berry was recently named an account executive in the company’s Tampa office.

Gentile is responsible for originating, negotiating and structuring commercial loans for income producing properties.

Gentile started his career in financial services in 1982, after serving in the Navy.  As Pioneer Western Corporation’s newest recruit, he was the youngest member of the Chairman’s Council and maintained his membership for five years. Gentile’s success continued with Bear Stearns as a stock broker. He was the number one new account generator each year he was with the company.

In his new position at Largo, Berry is responsible for assisting commercial real estate property owners obtain the best financing options available to meet their specific needs.  He originates the loan, negotiates the terms and facilitates the closing.

Berry began his career at Marcus and Millichap as an investment sales broker of retail and office properties.  He then worked in acquisitions at a private equity fund where he was involved in the purchase and conversion of single family homes into rental properties.  Berry has been involved in over $200 million of commercial and residential property transactions.

Berry holds his Masters in  International Real Estate from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and Bachelor of Science from University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
