Largo Real Estate Advisors secures two loans totaling $3.075 million

Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. arranged two loans totaling $3.075 million. The deals include: * Frank Giacobbe, account executive for Largo, arranged financing in the amount of $1.7 million for two office buildings totaling 32,086 s/f. The buildings are 100% occupied. Giacobbe secured a two-year floating rate loan and a 25-year amortization schedule for the borrower. * Perry Miceli, account executive for Largo, arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $1.375 million for a 14,942 s/f office property in Pittsford. The subject is located at 135 Sully's Trail in Basin Meadows Professional Park. Basin Meadows consists of five office buildings with 83,705 s/f combined. Miceli secured a 15-year fixed rate loan and a 20-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
