Buffalo, NYLargo Capital has completed financing totaling $18.7 million.
Jack Phillips, principal with Largo Capital, arranged permanent financing for an independent senior community. The $12.1 million, non-recourse, loan provided a low 15-year fixed rate with a 30-year amortization.
Phillips also arranged permanent financing for a 55,000 s/f, single tenant, industrial warehouse building. The $4.6 million loan featured a ten-year term, 25-year amortization, and no prepayment penalty.
Ned Perlman, VP at Largo Capital, arranged financing with a life insurance company for a three-story office building in Albany. The non-recourse loan provided a low fixed rate, seven-year term and 25-year amortization. The $2 million earn-out will be used to fund tenant improvements.
