Lamport and Bomzer of Sabre represent ULTA in 10,660 s/f lease; Sondock represents the landlord, Spiegel Associates

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan region's newest retail broker, has arranged a lease in Massapequa Park for ULTA Beauty, a national beauty retailer. ULTA Beauty will occupy 10,660 s/f in the 165,000 s/f Sunrise Promenade shopping center, 5202-5298 Sunrise Hwy, and is expected to open in the fall. ULTA Beauty offers a unique combination of over 20,000 prestige and mass beauty products. ULTA Beauty also offers a full-service salon in all of its 550 U.S. stores. "ULTA Beauty's one-stop shop approach for beauty products and their focus on the shopping experience will be a tremendous addition to Sunrise Promenade with its roster of major national tenants," said Beth Lamport, executive vice president of Sabre, who with Doug Bomzer, a Sabre associate director, represented ULTA. Clifford Sondock represented the landlord, Spiegel Associates.
