L&L Holdings Co., LLC promotes Fallon to senior vice president; Joined the company in 2007 and recently served as vice president

Real estate attorney Kevin Fallon has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of L&L Holding Co., LLC, according to chairman and CEO David Levinson. Fallon, who joined the company in 2007 and has served as a vice president, will continue to be responsible for a broad range of activities including overseeing legal aspects of acquisitions, development and operations for the company and its portfolio properties. "Kevin's exceptional abilities have made him an invaluable member of our firm. With this promotion, we are telling everyone how important he is to us and how his responsibilities in authority have increased," said Levinson. Prior to joining L&L, he practiced as a real estate attorney in the N.Y. office of Paul Hastings LLP, focusing on joint venture acquisitions and development. Before that, he was a vice president of a prominent hotel and condo development firm. Fallon received a bachelor of arts from Boston University and a juris doctorate from Fordham University of Law. Founded in 2000 by Messers, Levinson and Lapidus, Manhattan-based L&L Holding Co., LLC is a privately owned real estate investment company with a current portfolio in excess of 5.5 million s/f of office space primarily in Manhattan.
