KZA Realty Group closes on day
care/pre-school facility - $1.2 million

Bronx, NY KZA Realty closed on a real estate transaction at 1420 Burke Ave. Kathy Zamechansky, president of KZA Realty Group represented the owner, Christine DeGennarro of Burke Avenue LLC and also represented the buyer, Yanetsy Diaz.

The building houses Little Stars Day Care Pre-School, a 35-year pre-school and child care facility with a fenced-in outdoor play area. This three-story low-rise corner building is equipped to continue to operate as a child care facility. The business features 3,036 s/f plus outdoor play area.

The transaction was estimated at $1.2 million.

Zamechansky said, “Having a child care center in the Bronx provides working parents with a safe and reliable place to entrust their children’s care, allowing them to pursue their careers and provide for their families. Additionally, it fosters early childhood development, socialization, and educational opportunities, contributing to the overall well-being and future success of the community’s children.”
