Krebs appointed senior construction and facilities manager by McGuire Development
McGuire Development Co., a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, has appointed John Krebs senior construction and facilities manager.
Krebs will be responsible for management of tenant improvements and expansions, tenant representation during construction, and management of capital improvement projects.
Prior to his appointment, Krebs was a regional property manager at DDR Corp. for seven years where he was responsible for the presentation of a commercial retail portfolio comprised of three million s/f. He holds a business management degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and also graduated from Ken-Ton BOCES with a welding degree.
