Korren of Swig represents landlord in 9,325 s/f lease
Swig Equities has renewed its lease with John W. Bristol & Co., Inc. at 48 Wall St. John W. Bristol & Co., Inc. is leasing 9,325 s/f of office space for an additional six-year term. Scott Sloves and Robert Wizenberg of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Todd Korren of Swig Equities represented the landlord.
