Korren of Savanna and Gibson of C&W broker 2,630 s/f lease to Verizon
Savanna completed the following new lease renewal at 100 Wall St.: Verizon Wireless has renewed its lease, occupying 2,630 s/f of retail space on the basement and ground floors, for a 5 year term.
Todd Korren of Savanna represented the landlord while Robert Gibson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.
