Trinity Real Estate, has brokered a 17,000 s/f lease expansion for Splashlight Photographic along with Digital Studios, LLC, the premiere resource of the photographic industry, which has expanded its lease at 1 Hudson Sq. to bring its lease to include a total of 60,000 s/f.

This 19-story, 1.045 million s/f building at 1 Hudson Sq. is home to a variety of tenants.
