Koeppel Rosen closes two new leases at midtown office properties

902 Broadway - Manhattn, NY

 

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC negotiated new office leases at 236 West 27th St. and 902 Bdwy. The two transactions include:

• MD2 International, LLC secures 4,500 s/f lease at 902 Bdwy.: MD2 International, a concierge medicine practice, will occupy a partial space on the 16th floor of 902 Broadway. The space will be used as a medical office clinic. Charles Gerace with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant and ownership was represented in-house by Max Koeppel.

• Studio Zuchowicki, LLC secures 1,562 s/f lease at 236 West 27th St.: the NYC–based interior design firm, founded in 2020 by designer Sebastian Zuchowicki, will occupy a partial space on the tenth floor. Noah Jay and Eric Best with Compass represented the tenant and ownership was represented in-house by Max Koeppel director of leasing, Koeppel Rosen LLC.
