Knighthead Funding finances $10.7 million first mortgage bridge loan

Knighthead Funding, LLC has financed a $10.7 million first mortgage bridge loan secured by 65 condominium units. The loan proceeds were used to refinance existing debt, facilitate a partner buyout and complete construction. Knighthead Funding is a real estate finance company specializing in bridge loans and other alternative debt financing to meet capital needs in a variety of unique lending situations. Knighthead Funding is an affiliate of Knighthead Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based SEC registered investment management firm specializing in long-short, event driven credit and other special situations across a broad array of industries.
