Klosed Properties acquires two properties in Brooklyn for $1.2 million

940 Fulton Street - Brooklyn, NY

 

277 Nostrand Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

 

Brooklyn, NY Klosed Properties acquired 940 Fulton St. in Clinton Hill, and 277 Nostrand Ave. in Bed-Stuy, at $1.2 million. 

  • 940 Fulton St. is a retail condo, with 950 s/f. The retail space is leased to Bed-Stuy Fish, a casual, southern-style seafood eatery. 
  • 277 Nostrand Ave. is also a retail condo, at 465 s/f. The retail space is leased to Cinnamon Girl, a chain coffee shop and bakery across the area. 

Steven Kachanian, the managing principal at Klosed Properties worked alongside managing director of acquisitions, Jacob Namdar and vice president of acquisitions, Adam Hajibai.

Hajibai said, “This deal was a package deal that showcased Klosed’s ability to move quickly during a trying time in the market.” 

Despite the uncertain COVID-19 market, Kachanian and his team have closed on 13 properties, with $17.865 million closed and $16.729 million  in contract.
