Klosed Properties acquires Hamilton Heights property for $1.95 million

Manhattan, NY Klosed Properties has acquired 417 W 144th St. for $1.95 million. The 4,800 s/f property is located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood, and consists of eight apartments. There is upside in two vacancies, as well as future rent growth.

Steven Kachanian, principal of Klosed Properties said, “We immediately recognized the value-add potential in this Hamilton Heights neighborhood. This is a market we are extremely comfortable with as we continue to expand our portfolio in the area.”

Shawn Aziz, director of acquisitions said, “The two vacant units allow us to immediately unlock some of the upside, making this an ideal acquisition for us. Harlem is a market that we continue to be very aggressive and involved in.”

This deal marks the firms sixth acquisition this year.
