Poughkeepsie, NY Eastdale Village Town Center was lauded for its design and community impact. Kirchhoff and Union Studios received a 2024 Urban Guild Design Excellence Award from The Urban Guild for bringing the Eastdale vision to life. The award recognized Eastdale for its success integrating planning principals and the mission of The Urban Guild.

Eastdale Village has 120,000 s/f of retail, restaurants, and offices, with residential above first-floor commercial. More than 400 apartments have been built in residential buildings near the main street.
