Kerasilo of JDF Realty brokers two leases totaling 7,268 s/f
Cengaver "Jango" Kerasilo of JDF Realty, Inc. closed two leases totaling 7,268 s/f. The deals include:
* 321 West 35th St. has been leased for garage use. The space is 3,600 s/f with a five-year term. Kerasilo represented the tenant and landlord.
* A 3,668 s/f office lease at 220 East 23rd St. The tenant was represented by Kerasilo and the landlord was represented by ABS Partners.
