Kennedy of Largo Group of Cos. refinances $5 million for 75-room Comfort Inn & Suites

Christopher Kennedy, account executive for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $5 million in permanent financing to refinance the existing debt on a Comfort Inn and Suites located on 7 Northside Dr. This four-story hotel includes 75 guest rooms and offers numerous amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, on-site Chili's Restaurant, a ball room and a smaller meeting room which accommodates 200 guests and 25 guests, respectively. The Comfort Inn and Suites is close to Albany International Airport, Times Union Center, Saratoga Gaming and Raceway, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, as well as numerous shopping centers and malls. The subject was built in 2002 and is owned and managed by an experienced hotel operator.
