Kennedy, Glasgall, Stoltz, and O'Meara of Houlihan Lawrence rank in Top .5% on Nationwide Broker Sales Poll

Four of Houlihan Lawrence's brokers have been named to the nationwide REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal Top Thousand list. Calculated annually, the highly prestigious list features the top 1,000 sales agents in the United States. Houlihan Lawrence agents Nancy Kennedy, Susy Glasgall, Sheila Stoltz and Joan O'Meara made the list based on their 2012 sales volume, showcasing the deep talent pool at the firm. More than 50 of the family-owned firm's agents ranked among the top 100 salespeople locally as well, based on 2012 sales volume reported to the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, despite competition from large corporately-held brokerages. "Houlihan Lawrence is dedicated to providing each of its agents comprehensive marketing, technology and training support, allowing them to reach their full potential and best serve their buyers and sellers," said Chris Meyers, COO of Houlihan Lawrence. "These ranking agents are passionate about what they do and have deep ties to the communities and clients they serve. This is reflected in their continual success." A Houlihan Lawrence standout, Nancy Kennedy was not only included in this year's Top Thousand list for sales volume, but she also ranked number 74th on the list for individual units sold. Nancy was the #1 Associate for the entire Westchester and Putnam County MLS in 2012 by units sold and dollar volume, and she has been named top agent company-wide seven different times. Boasting over 25 years of real estate experience, Susy Glasgall has consistently been one of the top performing agents for Houlihan Lawrence. Not only was she ranked on the Top Thousand list this year, but Susy was also #1 for single family homes sales by dollar volume in 2012 for all of Westchester County and has received this honor multiple times before. Additionally, Houlihan Lawrence has named Susy its overall top producer in Westchester on 10 separate occasions, and its top producer in Rye 20 different times. Sheila Stoltz is consistently recognized as a top realtor in both Bronxville and Westchester County. Her local expertise and data-driven market insights allow her to deliver the best service to her clients and maintain her top standing over the years. Joan O'Meara is an industry expert that has been specializing in the Rye and Harrison regions for over 16 years where she repeatedly ranks in the top 2% of the Westchester Board of Realtors. Joan strives to exceed each customer's expectations, and it's seen in her proven success and frequent top achievements.
