Kelsen of Pyramid reps seller in $650,000 sale of 33,776 s/f building

The Image Press purchased the former 33,776 s/f ICM Controls building located at 6333 Daedalus Rd., situated on 3.65 acres for $650,000. The Image Press will be relocating from their current location at 2221 Erie Blvd. East, Syracuse expanding into their new facility on Daedalus Rd. Image Press will continue to supply the Syracuse area with its full array of services including digital pre-press and high resolution, large format printing such as transit/vehicle and trade show display graphics. Jeffrey Kelsen of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the seller, Kadah Properties LLC.
