Parker Corporate Center, the 335,000 s/f class A office complex, comprised of three interconnected buildings at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. has been sold for $82.25 million to Caesar Figoni from Westbury. At closing, the buildings were 95% occupied to tenants such as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Orthonet, Acadia and Gerber Life.
