Kaufman of Kaufman Org. brokers 7,500 s/f office lease at 132 W. 36th St.

­Rosenwasser/Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. has signed a five-year lease renewal for 7,500 s/f of office space at 132 West 36th St. Steven Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization represented both the landlord and the tenant. "We have truly enjoyed working with Rosenwasser/Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C.for the past 10 years and are excited to have them spend another five years with us at this fabulous location," said Kaufman. The 12-story pre-war arcade building boasts a number of notable tenants including R-Pac International, New York Real Estate Institute, Jenny Yoo Collections, Inc., Susan Brady Lighting Design, Inc. and Silver Carrot Inc.
