Manhattan, NY According to Bluestar Properties, Inc., it has arranged a long-term lease between Bilingual Nest, LLC, and 300 Manhattan Ave LLC.

Located across the street from Morningside Park, the new nursery and daycare center will occupy 2,500 s/f on the corner of West 113^th St. and Manhattan Ave., in Harlem’s Gold Coast.

Bilingual Nest is a bilingual day care and pre-school that will offer educational programs including music, art, reading and writing.  The daycare, which maintains two other locations in the city, was eager to expand their footprint into the Morningside Heights neighborhood. In addition, Bilingual Nest will be renovating the facility and anticipates opening for the 2017-2018 academic school year.
