Kaufman and Raskob of the Kaufman Org. rep. tenant in 15,000 s/f lease

Teach for America has signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 s/f of office space, the entire 15th floor, at 519 Eighth Ave. Steve Kaufman and Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Organization represented the landlord, while Robert Gastel and Hugh Herman of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant.
