Kaufman and Raskob of Kaufman Org. signs Open Systems for 9,200 s/f

Open Systems Technologies, an information technology personnel firm, has just signed a 10-year lease for 9,200 s/f, the entire 15th floor, at 462 Seventh Ave. Steven Kaufman and Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Organization represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was in the mid-$40s per s/f range. The 23-story building, located in the center of the Midtown and the transit triangle, features a 24/7 access and security.
