The Kaufman Org. brokered a seven-year, 3,751 s/f renewal lease at 370 Seventh Ave. for law firm Sinel & Associates.
Michael Kaufman and Loren Biller of the Kaufman Org. represented the tenant while Randall Briskin of The Feil Org. represented the landlord.
