Brooklyn, NY Karen Cohen Realty & Associates completed the signing of a lease with Jetson Electric Bikes LLC for 12,323 s/f of office space in Industry City. Located at 220 36th St., Industry City is located in the Sunset Park neighborhood and comprises 16 buildings with six million s/f on 35 acres.   

Karen Cohen of Karen Cohen Realty was the sole broker in this lease with an aggregate value over $1.6 million.

Jetson Electric Bikes is a leader in personal mobility devices including electric bikes, electric scooters, hoverboards and electric skateboards. 

Industry City is home to a collection of warehouses, super hip tenants, more than 20 eateries and restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, with numerous amenities where over 7,000 people work every day.
