Kalmon Dolgin leases 33,591 s/f in Kadima Medical portfolio

Kadima Medical Properties, an arm of Brooklyn-based Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, signed 33,591 s/f in leases throughout the 17-property portfolio, according to Josh Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates. MacDill Airforce Base-Brandon Clinic renewed a 16,200 s/f lease at 220 Grand Regency Blvd. Dolgin negotiated the in-house renewal. Memphis Orthopedic Group renewed a 12,840 s/f lease at 4816 Riverdale Rd., Memphis, Tenn. Dolgin represented Kadima Medical Properties and brokers Larry Jensen, Holly Dargie and Matt Wethersby of Commercial Advisors negotiated the renewal on the tenant's behalf. Northern Kentucky Foot Specialists, PSC, signed a new 4,551 s/f lease at South Hill Professional Building, located at 525 Alexandria Pike, Newport, Ky. Travis Likes and Fred Macke of Grubb & Ellis-West Shell Commercial represented Kadima Medical Properties.
