According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged the sale of a 30,000 s/f, one-story warehouse property and two acres of vacant at 667 Lehigh Ave. for $1.825 million. Gary Mayzlin, a senior director at KDA, represented both the buyer, Plex Supply Co., and the seller, HJH Group LLC, in the transaction. The buyer is a Brooklyn-based seller of industrial supplies that needed additional warehouse and distribution space.
