Kalet of C&W|Pyramid receives Chairperson’s Award

Syracuse, NY According to Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co., (C&W|Pyramid) Michael Kalet received the Chairperson’s Award for being the #1 salesperson of the year for the Pyramid Brokerage Co. organization in 2019. The award was given at the firm’s annual company meeting held at the Marriott Downtown Syracuse in February. Kalet, who has been with the company for over 35 years, has been the director of sales for 27 years, and was involved with some of the more visible and positive transactions in the company’s history. In 2019 alone, Kalet represented clients in CRE sale and lease transactions values of over $32 million.  

Recent transactions include the lease and relocation of Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc., the lease and relocation of Buckeye Corrugated Inc., and the sale of a multi-unit, multi-million-dollar apartment complex in downstate New York.  Mr. Kalet specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales.  He has completed transactions in major markets in upstate New York and throughout the United States.
