Jungreis of Rosewood Realty brokers $5.15 million sale of 32-unit building
Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of 8200 Bay Parkway in the Bensonhurst section of the borough for $5.150 million. The sale of the four-story, 32-unit walkup apartment building with a large doctors office, represents approximately 11 times the current rent roll, according to Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group.
Jungreis represented both the buyer and the seller.
"This classic well-kept brick building has very strong upside potential in this thriving Brooklyn neighborhood that is located in the heart of Bensonhurst," said Jungreis, who founded Rosewood Realty Group in 2007. "The building is blocks away from the busy 86th St. shopping district and close to excellent schools and transportation in one of Brooklyn's most longstanding neighborhoods."
Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 733 Dekalb Ave., a fully free-market multifamily and retail property in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood. The asset sold for $2.8 million.
