Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group brokered the following sales totaling $3.2 million: In the first transaction, the $1.3 million sale of 495 Quincy St. in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The 6,500 s/f four-story walk-up apartment building features16 apartments. Jungreis represented the seller and buyer, local investors. In the second transaction, the $1.9 million sale of 1881 Grand Concourse in Mt. Hope, Bronx. The 23,760 s/f six-story elevator apartment building features 16 apartments and one commercial unit. Jungreis represented the seller, 1881 Grand Concourse Owner LLC and the buyer, a private investor.
