Juneja joins Thornton Tomasetti as equity, diversity and inclusion officer

Manhattan, NY Thornton Tomasetti has hired Vandana Juneja, an experienced equity, diversity and inclusion strategist, to the team. Juneja joins as equity, diversity and inclusion officer and will be working closely with the firm’s leaders and staff on the continued development and implementation of its ED&I program and initiatives. Juneja comes to the firm from Catalyst, where she was vice president and head of global advisory services. During her 10 years there, she worked with several Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and educational institutions worldwide. Prior to that, she directed diversity and inclusion programs at BMO Financial Group and Royal Bank of Canada.

Juneja has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McMaster University, an MBA in human resources management from University of Windsor and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Ottawa. She began her career as an immigration lawyer, assisting top global companies in bringing talent to Canada, and has a background in human resources.
