Judelsohn of Pyramid Brokerage Company completes $525,000 sale of 7474 Transit Road
Bevilaqua Development has purchased a retail plaza located at 7474 Transit Rd. from 7474 Transit Road Associates. The sale price for the 4,018 s/f building on .41 acres was $525,000.
Arthur Judelsohn of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, handled the negotiations for the transaction.
