JTRE named exclusive broker for 246 Fifth Avenue

Leading retail brokerage and commercial real estate owner JTRE has been selected to market 246 Fifth Avenue, an architecturally significant commercial property offering 32,000 s/f of class A retail space in the thriving NoMad District. The full six-story building is available for long-term tenancy and features a 5,200 s/f retail space on the ground level with an unprecedented 150 feet of wraparound frontage on Fifth Avenue and 28th Street. "246 Fifth represents a compelling opportunity for a retail flagship and comes to market with immediate interest," said Jack Terzi, CEO of JTRE. "This is a premiere Manhattan property in one of the highest-trafficked neighborhoods in the city." 246 Fifth defines the corner of 28th Street and is surrounded by the city's highest-profile attractions. Some of Manhattan's most sought-after hotels, such as the NoMad Hotel, The Gansevoort Park Hotel and The Ace Hotel are located within blocks of 246 Fifth, as are famed eateries The Breslin, Eleven Madison Park, Sarabeth's and Mario Batali's Eataly. In recent years, artisanal dining options, including Stumptown Coffee Roasters, SweetGreens, No. 7 Sub and Jay-Z's 40/40 Club, have captivated the neighborhood.
