Jones of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid secures $22 million sale of Lourdes Memorial with Menin of Jacobson Properties

Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties of New York, and Leo Jones of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company of Binghamton, arranged the sale of Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building. The class A medical office building, which totals 57,000 s/f, was purchased by a major private healthcare buyer for $22 million. Pyramid is Upstate New York's largest and only regional commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in 10 offices across the state and has been a leading provider of commercial real estate services since 1971.
