Jones Lang LaSalle secures 10,726 s/f lease for Saranac International Energy Inc. at 390 Park Avenue

Jones Lang LaSalle completed a new, direct transaction for Saranac International Energy Inc. at 390 Park Avenue, also known as Lever House, with RFR Realty LLC. The boutique oil trading firm signed an eight-year lease for 10,726 s/f of office space at the class A, 290,000 s/f commercial office building. The tenant, Saranac International Energy, was represented by Alexander Chudnoff, vice chairman, and Adam Haber, vice president, with JLL. The building owner, RFR Realty, was represented in-house by Steven Morrows, executive vice president and director of leasing. "Saranac International Energy sought a globally important address for its first office in Manhattan," said Chudnoff. "The landmark office tower offered the oil trading firm a unique opportunity to lease a full floor within a prestigious Park Avenue location. Internationally known as Lever House, 390 Park Avenue features a spectacular art collection and a highly rated restaurant." Saranac International Energy will occupy the entire 14th floor at 390 Park Avenue South, which is located between East 53rd and East 54th streets. The oil trading firm is opening its first office in Manhattan at the landmark commercial office building.
