John J. Lease Realtors sells 28,000 s/f warehouse to Empire Properties
Newburgh, NY According to John Lease III, broker owner of John J. Lease Realtors commercial division, the firm sold the 28,000 s/f warehouse located at 311 North Plank Rd.
The building was sold for Empire Properties who is a large regional manufacturer of cardboard boxes. The new purchaser is Enrock Road Entertainment which is relocating to Orange County. Enrock is a distributor of marine products for boats, yachts, and other vessels. They have also expanded into automobile audio, most electronics and off-road motorcycle gear.
John J. Lease Realtors was represented by Art Fowler and Richard Lease. The new facility is near NYS Thruway Exit 17 and will create 5-6 new jobs.
