JLL's Konsker, Cahaly and Reiver rep landlord in 19,647 s/f lease; Field of Cushman & Wakefield reps tenant
James Giddens, as trustee for the SIPA Liquidation of Lehman Brothers Inc. has renewed its 19,647 s/f lease at 100 Wall St. Giddens, who is co-chair of Hughes Hubbard's Corporate Reorganization Department, was selected by the Securities Investor Protection Corp. (SIPC) and appointed by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of N.Y. to handle the liquidation of Lehman Brothers Inc. in 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle's team of Mitch Konsker, Scott Cahaly and Brian Reiver represented the landlord, Savanna, and Gus Field of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
