JLL represents Phenix Salon Suites as brand leases 23,000 s/f as part of continued global expansion

Bronx, NY JLL s arranged three new leases for Phenix Salon Suites.

JLL managing director David Townes and vice president Alana Friedman, the exclusive leasing agents for the Encinitas, CA-based franchise retailer in the New York metropolitan area, brokered the long-term lease deals for the company, which has more than 300 locations nationwide.

In the Bronx, Phenix signed a 10-year lease for 7,832 s/f at Broadway Plaza, situated at 171 West 230th St..  Broadway Plaza is a two-story, 133,000 s/f retail development anchored by Best Buy, TJ Maxx and Aldi Supermarket. Ripco brokers Ben Weiner and Jeffrey Howard represented the property owner, Regency Centers.

Phenix also signed a 15-year lease to occupy 6,000 s/f at Mid Valley Mall in Newburgh. Situated at 39-47 N Plank Rd., the single-story outdoor shopping center is anchored by Market 32 and co-anchored by Planet Fitness, Citi-Trends and Dollar Tree. John Kostyo of DLC Management represented the owner in house.

And in New Jersey, the franchise leased 9,000 s/f at Midstate Mall, located at 300 Route 18, East Brunswick. Phenix signed a 10-year lease in a deal with mall owner, Acadia Realty Trust. Pat Delaney of Jeffery realty represented the property owner.
