JLL completes two leases totaling 32,293 s/f at 452 Fifth Ave.

Manhattan, NY JLL has completed two leases totaling 32,293 s/f on behalf of Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) at 452 Fifth Ave., the 30-story glass tower located near Bryant Park.

The pharmaceutical corporation, Novartis, has leased the entire 15,865 s/f 12th floor for its first New York City office. Alternative investment firm, HBK Capital Management, has leased the entire 16,428 s/f 22nd floor in a relocation from 1 Bryant Park.

A JLL leasing team led by vice chairman Paul Glickman, executive managing director Ben Bass, vice president Kristen Morgan and associate Kate Roush serves as exclusive agent for 452 Fifth Ave.  Novartis, Inc. was represented by CBRE’s David Stockel and Christopher Menard. HBK was represented by Silvio Petrillo and Tamika Kramer, also of CBRE.

Located at the crossroads of Fifth Ave. and Bryant Park overlooking New York Public Library, 452 Fifth Ave. features two private elevators for senior executives and a roster of  tenants that includes the law firm Baker & McKenzie, Lombard Odier and Varadero Capital. The building’s location offers access to multiple transportation options.

“We are thrilled to welcome Novartis and HBK Capital Management to the tower of 452 Fifth Ave,” said Glickman. “The building affords full floor tenants the unique opportunity to enjoy incredible light and views, modern infrastructure, as well as direct access to Bryant Park.”
