JF R.E. brokers two leases totaling 5,400 s/f

JF Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated two leases totaling 5,400 s/f. The transactions include: * A new office space lease with the law firm Knych, Whritenour, Gabor & Monashefsky. The law firm relocated into their new office space at One Park Place, 300 South State St. A long standing tenant of One Park Place, the firm expanded from their previous premises of 3,200 s/f on the 6th floor to a newly constructed suite of 4,000 s/f on the 4th floor. Knych, Whritenour, Gabor & Monashefsky was represented by Len Brown of JF Real Estate. * Gillen, Stickle & Associates, Inc. expanded their office by leasing 1,400 s/f of space in the Piper Phillips Building at 227 West Fayette St.in Armory Sq. Martin McDermott, senior VP at JF Real Estate brokered the transaction.
