JF R.E. brokers two leases consisting of 3,275 s/f

JF Real Estate has completed two leases totaling 3,275 s/f. The deals include: * The Fair Housing Council of CNY expanded their office to 1,875 s/f as part of a lease renewal. Their offices are located in Mill Pond Landing, 327 West Fayette St. in Armory Sq. Martin McDermott, senior VP at JF Real Estate brokered the transaction. * Patrick Hummel of JF Real Estate brokered a lease between Avis Budget Group and RLB Development for 1,400 s/f of space at the Burdick Drivers Village Warehouse. The Avis Brand will now be offered at Drivers Village.
