Jehle of Arbor secures $27,265,500 in funding for seven loans in Midwest

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC (Arbor) completed seven loans totaling $27,265,500 These loans include: * A $10,850,000 loan for Stoney Creek Village Apartments, Shelby Township. * A $5,865,000 loan for Waterbury Place Apartments and 787 Burcham Apartments, East Lansing, MI. * A $4,500,000 loan for Aspen Village Apartments, Holt, MI. * A $2,450,500 loan for Tower Place Apartments, Hudson, WI. * A $1,185,000 loan for Maquoketa Park, Maquoketa, IA. * A $1,537,500 loan for Vinton Park, Vinton, IA. * A $1,537,500 loan for Strawberry Hill, Anamosa, IA. All of the loans were originated by Mike Jehle, Midwest regional director.
