EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 2993 Fulton Street, a three-story, mixed-use building in Cypress Hills. Being fully occupied, the building is home to two ground floor retail units and five apartments, one one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units.
All five apartments are free-market and the retail units are subject to yearly rent increases. The building is equipped with a gas boiler in the basement.
The brick building sits across from the above ground tracks of the J & Z trains and is only a block and half from the Cleveland St stop. Located between Elton and Linwood Streets, the property is just one block north of Atlantic Avenue.
